MTG Grade has appointed a data controller within its organization who can be contacted by e-mail or by post at the following address: rgpd AT mtggrade.com or MTG Grade – Service RGPD, 445 bd Gambetta 59200 TOURCOING indicating your contact details and enclosing a copy of your ID (identity card or passport).

What data is collected?


We collect your personal information in order to provide you with our collector card grading service.

This data identifies you and may concern your private or professional life (name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.).

We collect and store all the information you send us via our services and forms. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory and must be filled in for service, contact or delivery purposes (postal address and telephone number). Unless otherwise stated, none of this data will be used for commercial purposes or passed on to third parties.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use “cookies” and other unique identifiers and obtain certain types of information when your browser or device accesses our services. Cookies are used for technical purposes only, in particular to remember your selections and items placed in the shopping cart, or for traffic analysis purposes. This data is totally anonymized by our traffic analysis tool Matomo, recommended by the CNIL.

How is the data used?


The data entered on the site by the customer, in particular on the forms leading to the placing of an order, is saved through the website www.mtggrade.com by the company MTG Grade for the following tasks:

  • Order processing
  • Customer contact
  • Payment preparation
  • Order delivery

Your bank details may be collected by our payment service provider, Stripe, which guarantees the complete confidentiality of your bank details. These details are only kept for the time necessary to maintain the contractual relationship or within legal limits.

Personalization of commercial or promotional offers
Personalization of communication messages, in particular e-mails informing customers of news, events or promotions concerning MTG Grade. The customer may at any time decide not to receive this type of communication via a link in each message.

Improving our offering and customer knowledge
Our customer database may be analyzed by MTG Grade teams in order to adapt our offer and get to know our customers better. Under no circumstances will it be shared with an external company or person outside the company.

If data processing other than that mentioned is required, we will need to obtain your prior, specific consent to such processing. The purposes of any such processing will be explicitly explained to you.

Who has access to the data?


We implement measures to ensure the confidentiality of your data and to guarantee that it will only be used by those who need to use it for legitimate purposes.

  • The information gathered will be communicated to the following recipients only:
  • Employees responsible for the various tasks requiring the use of data within the MTG Grade company.
  • Judicial, financial or other government authorities upon request
  • Service providers / subcontractors / partners to whom we entrust operational functions requiring the use of your data, such as transport companies or IT development companies for testing purposes, for example.
  • Certain regulated professions (lawyers, bailiffs, notaries, auditing firms)

Data retention period


The length of time your data is kept varies according to its purpose:

Order management: 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship and full payment of sums due, or 20 years after full settlement of disputes.
If no contract is concluded, no account created: 6 months
If no contract is concluded and account is created: 2 years
General accounting: 10 years from year-end

What are your rights and how can you exercise them?


You retain the right to inspect your information. You may access them, rectify them, request their modification and deletion and exercise your right to limit processing. You may exercise these rights at any time. To do so, please contact our data controller :

The data controller must respond within a maximum of 30 days. If the customer’s request is refused, reasons must be given.
