How to ship and get your cards back
3 different ways to send us and get your cards back:
Shipment by the means of your choice
You can send your cards by postal service in a simple stamped envelope or a parcel. You can also use the carrier of your choice. Tracked or registered mail with insurance is recommended for large orders or orders containing high-value cards. We advise you to send your cards in a bubble envelope, or in a parcel for orders of more than 20 cards, well protected in a sleeve and top loader (adding a little “post it tab” is also always nice for the team!). Be careful not to put tape on the top loaders or in the immediate vicinity of the cards, as the glue left behind could damage them…

Postage-paid label dispatch
You can purchase your shipping label directly when you place your order: simply select the “shipping label to MTG Grade” option, the cost is 9.90Eur for all shipments from France.
Once you’ve placed your order, MTG Grade will send you a postage-paid label (within a maximum of 4 hours on working days), which you simply stick on your parcel and leave in your letterbox to be collected by your letter carrier or take to the post office, without having to queue 😉.
The label is a Colissimo label, and you can add optional insurance.
Hand-delivered :
You can drop off your cards by appointment at the time of or after purchase, free of charge.
Lille - MTG Grade offices
Lille – MTG Grade offices: Tour Mercure, 445 bd Gambetta Tourcoing.
Paris - Parkage (partner store)
Drop off your cards at our Parkage partner store in Paris, 5th arrondissement. Depending on the number of cards and the deposit date, the order may take one to two weeks to be processed. Deposit in a closed container (parcel, envelope, taped box, etc.), minimum deposit of 5 cards.
Calais - La Caverne du Jeu (partner store)
Drop off your cards at our partner La Caverne du Jeu in Calais. Depending on the number of cards and the deposit date, the order may take one to two weeks to be processed. Deposit in a closed container (parcel, envelope, taped box, etc.), minimum deposit of 10 cards.
Get back your cards
Once the cards have been graded, MTG Grade ships them back by the shipping method chosen when the order was placed (tracked, registered, point of collection or hand-delivered).
Order processing time is 1 to 2 weeks maximum for the “standard” service, and 1 to 3 days maximum for the Express service, from the moment the cards are picked up by us. We also offer “Express Same Day” same-day grading, exclusively in-house at our Lille office.
Certified cards will be sent carefully protected to avoid any risk of problems during transport.
If you have hand-delivered your cards, they can also be returned by hand or by postal shipping.

If you would like your shipment to be sent by another carrier, please let us know when you place your order. If possible, we will inform you of the associated costs. Delivery times vary according to destination.

Insurance
When choosing your return delivery method, you can choose between 4 levels of insurance (500, 1000, 2000, 5000Eur…). We use the carrier’s insurance.
