By ticking the box “I accept the terms of use of the service”, the User (hereinafter referred to as the “Potential Buyer”) :
Hereby irrevocably undertakes to contact the seller of the collector’s card covered by this form for the sole purpose of negotiating and, where applicable, acquiring the said card.
Expressly accepts that the personal information communicated via this form, in particular the e-mail address, may be transmitted to the seller concerned, in order to enable the establishment of contact and the exchange of information necessary for the envisaged transaction.
Acknowledges and accepts that MTG Grade (hereinafter “the Company”) acts as a mere technical intermediary, limited to facilitating contact between the potential Buyer and the Seller, without intervening in the negotiations, the terms of sale, or any disputes arising from this contact.
Expressly discharges the Company from any liability for the outcome of this contact, including, but not limited to, the quality of the cards offered, conditions of sale, delivery times, or any direct or indirect loss resulting from the transaction or lack of transaction between the parties.
Personal data protection
Personal data collected through this form is processed in accordance with MTG Grade’s Privacy Policy, in force at the date of this acceptance, and in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).
