SHipping your cards

There are 3 different ways to send us your cards :

By the shipping method of your choice :
You can use the carrier of your choice. We advise you to send your cards in a bubble envelope or in a parcel for orders of more than 20 cards, well protected to the following address

• Shipment by pre-stamped label
  We offer you to buy directly your shipping label when you place your order: To do so, you just have to select the option “shipping label to MTG Grade”, or “étiquette d’envoi vers MTG Grade” (if not properly translated on your browser), the cost is variable depending on the number of cards. Once the order is placed, MTG Grade will send you a pre-stamped label (within 24 hours maximum in working days) that you will just have to stick on your package and bring to the post office. This is a prepaid label, you have nothing more to pay at your post office.
• Hand delivery
  You can come and drop off your cards by appointment at the time of purchase or after (free of charge).Lille (greater area), MTG Grade headquarters: Tour Mercure, 445 bd Gambetta Tourcoing. A calendar will be displayed offering you different slots.Paris – Parkage (partner shop)
  Drop off your cards at our partner shop Parkage in Paris, 5th district. Depending on the number of cards and the date of drop-off, the time taken to collect the order may be extended by one to two weeks. Put your cards in a closed container (parcel, envelope, taped box, …), minimum deposit of 5 cards.

  Calais – La Caverne du Jeu (partner shop)
  Drop off your cards in one of the 2 shops of our partner La Caverne du Jeu in Calais. Depending on the number of cards and the date of deposit, it may take one to two weeks to receive your order. Put your cards in a closed container (parcel, envelope, taped box, …), minimum deposit of 5 cards.

Getting back your cards

Once the cards have been certified, MTG Grade will proceed with the return of the cards by the shipping method chosen when the order was placed (tracked, registered or hand-delivered).
The processing time for orders varies depending on the time of year and the number of cards to be graded, it is a maximum of 5 days for the Express service and around 2 weeks for the “normal” service from the date your cards have reached us.

Certified cards will be sent carefully protected to avoid any risk of problems during transport. We use La Poste for France to France deliveries, La Poste + National carrier (DPD for Belgium, Seur for Spain, …) for international shipping

If you wish to ship with another carrier, please indicate this when ordering. If it is possible, we will inform you of the associated costs. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Insurance

We propose an insurance for parcels delivered to France. If you live abroad and wish a special insurance, please contact us (contact@mtggrade.com), we will arrange a special shipping with insurance.
